We opened our guest house in 2018.
House Magnolia is located in a quiet area yet very close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops so no need to use the car for a swim, have a beer or buy.
Facilities: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, large terrace, free WIFI, LED TV with ASTRA satellite, free parking in the garden.
Ideal for families or friends, max. 6 persons.
It is very important that we live in the house in the backyard. We use the same front gate in the garden. If you feel uncomfortable with this arrangement then please search further for other renting options in Velence.
